I've been starting every day this week with a long walk, around 30 minutes or more and some deep yin yoga, it's been really good for me.
I'm trying to savour this time still being a student, but school has stressed me out. I had a professor criticise a paper I wrote last term and I haven't gotten over it yet. I know.
Going back to do a master's degree at 40 was tough, since I hadn't written anything academic in nearly 20 years. I got good grades at University of Sydney, and I know I can write despite the diagnosis at age 18 from my advanced placement English teacher. He diagnosed my writing as mediocre, he insisted you either have it or you don't. To be honest I think he was just a bully! I've had other teachers say the opposite.
Regardless, I'm expecting my marks from 4 papers this week, wish me luck! I hope you have a wonderful Sunday no matter what you have planned.
